We are currently experiencing some technical challenges.  We are aware of many of the issues with the new AME 3.0 program and are working as quickly as possible to resolve them.  We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience during this transitional time.

Here is a list of the priority items currently being addressed right now.  If any of these items pertain to you, please know that we are working as quickly as possible to fix them.  There is no need to call as our phone system is overloaded at the current time.  Please keep running updates and you can also email us with any other issues for us to add to our list of fixes at support@amesoft.com.
